Completely brilliant. Stylish and just so simple it has to be a hit. You just have to expand this simple idea for next year and a get a factory lined up in advance! A friend of mine used to make Christmas cakes commercially and they sold like hot cakes at fairs. They were very expensive and she made a fortune. She made them in a prep school kitchen in bulk in the summer holidays and sold them at christmas. Hugely successful
